This project involved detailed primary and secondary research on the Pune bus system, leading to the problem statement: Non-Marathi people need to feel confident and safe while traveling with PMPML. The PMPML needs to be more inclusive with respect to linguistic diversity.

Through this project, I learnt to explore different touchpoints and identify relevance within them. The process also allowed me to examine how a sustainable design system can be built by considering economic, geographic, and cultural contexts holistically.
